We’re so excited to welcome you to MAUDE Salon!
To ensure the best possible experience, we ask that you take a moment to review our guest policies.

We recommend arriving on time to your appointment so you can settle in, and enjoy a complimentary beverage of your choosing while exploring our Aveda retail collection.

Please note: A card on file is required to reserve your appointment. While your card will not be charged upfront, any cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to cancellation a fee.

Cancellation Policy:

We require a valid credit card to be placed on file when booking any appointment. To respect our stylists' time and allow us to offer your spot to another guest, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice or a ‘‘no show” may be subject to a non-refundable 50% charge of the total service.

Refund Policy:

At MAUDE Salon, we take pride in our detailed consultation process to ensure you're confident and informed before your service begins. Because of this, we do not offer refunds on services. If you’re ever unsatisfied for any reason, please reach out to our front desk team right away — we’re here to help and make it right. To secure your ideal time, we highly recommend pre-booking your next appointment before you leave, as our schedules fill quickly.
